Letter Conveying an Election Resolution
I am glad to inform you that in the meeting on August 10, the members of the Club elected you the Vice President for the current financial years. The members are conscious of your multifarious duties and also of the heavy work you may be required to shoulder as Vice president, but they have unanimously agreed that you are the fittest man to lead the club.
I assure you that as Secretary I shall gladly extend my full cooperation and shall see that our work bears fruit.
Yours very truly,
Letter to the Health Officer for Negligence of Sanitary Inspectors
The Health Officer,
Municipal Improvement Corporation
Subject: Negligence of Sanitary Inspectors
May I please draw your attention to the sanitary conditions which are far from satisfactory in this locality. True that the people of this locality are not very conscious and throw all sorts of rubbish on the streets, and then the sanitary inspectors would also pass away without impressing upon the sweepers to clean the streets.
I am afraid this state of affairs might lead to an epidemic.
